Video: Meet Your Power Animal Guide with Lilian Eden  This is a full length video (50 minutes) to meet your power animal, allowing you to fall deep into relaxation while you go on a deep journey to find your power animal. This video has a wonderful section in the middle of the meditation with music only, letting you and your power animal have a meaningful connection.

Different people refer to animal guides by different names:  Spirit Animals, Totem Animals, and Power Animals, however they are called, they are all Animal Guides.  In this instance I will refer to them as animal guides.

If you have a natural affinity for a particular animal, it is most likely one of your Animal guides, and it will be of great benefit to meditate with the animal and get to know it.

Spirit animals and totem animals are the "spirit form" of the animals essence, even the fiercest of animals open their energies to help you and guide you.

Everyone has multiple totem animals or spirit animals, any of your animal guides can show up for you at any time, or you can summon them in meditation or visualization.

After you've finished this video  you will find that you feel at great inner peace, and
you will feel the clear and distinct energy of your power animal in your midst.

Once you've made a strong connection to your Animal Guide, it's natural to want to
connect with them again and again, receiving new messages and insights each time.
In fact, your Animal Guides want to connect to you as much as you want to connect to them.
