Thanks for being a part of the Universe of Symbolism community! We love having you around, and we want you to know that your privacy and security are important to us.

Here's a quick note to let you know that as of May 25th, we've got new privacy policies in place. What's changing? We're adding more details which cover the new GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation).

Here's what I love about the new rules:

It's been created to help you, to help you have greater control over who has your email address and other information.

Here's what I especially love. You know how usually you have to agree to receive a newsletter or marketing to get a special pdf or report or worksheet? The new rules state that that's no longer allowed. You are now supposed to be able to get the pdf/report without agreeing to be on an email list, and you should have a checkbox that you can check to say yes to also being on their email list as an option to receiving their gift, not a requirement. I think it's high time that this has happened, and fully support the new rules and regs. I recommend that if you encounter a website that is not up to speed with the new rules, and are still trying to get your email in exchange for a "freebie" - let them know in a friendly way, and if they don't fix it you probably don't want to do business with them anyway. Now you're informed!

We are privileged that you want to be part of our community and have signed up for our newsletters or announcements, even if they're currently a bit infrequent. If at any time you ever want to unsubscribe you can, there's always a link at the end of the newsletter to do so, and hey if you ever change your mind and want to receive it again that's perfectly ok too!
