I chose to share this video with you because Steven Farmer is a very interesting, wise and most unique shamanic teacher.   Although this is not a guided meditation it offers valuable ideas and insights into the many different ways one can connect to their Spirit Animal Guides.  

Here is a quote from Steven :  "We’re intimately connected with every aspect of Life. By activating and awakening ancient cellular memory of our interconnectedness with all of the beings on this planet, we come to recognize how Earth Mother and all of her children are profoundly interrelated, both physically and spiritually. We come to appreciate that everything on this Earth, including our bodies, are made of the same stuff from which the stars are made."

Steven has many books and oracle cards, I own his deck "Earth Magic" and absolutely love it, it's one of my favorite oracle decks from my collection (so far I have about 20 decks and counting! - but I do have favorites, ones that I go to first, and use over and over again, and Earth Magic by Steven Farmer is at the top of my fav's).  I also have Steven's book "Animal Spirit Guides", which is a fantastic resource with tons of juicy info for your quest on animal wisdom.  He now has a brand new deck called : "Children's Spirit Animal Cards" and as a previous muralist my favorite work was doing children's murals, and this deck has just gone onto my must get now list - I'll give a review as soon as I've had a chance to enjoy it's delights and I'm sure it will be positively delightful... I can't wait to devour it!
